What you’ll do day to day:
  • Optimize our content across Amazon regions: administer, maintain, and publish product content to retailer websites - and act to maintain our brand and quality standards for content across channels.
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve product visibility and ranking on Amazon search results; use tools like Helium10 and Analytic Index to research keywords and trends.
  • Maintain Amazon brand storefronts across regions, executing updates for key seasons, events, etc.
  • Monitor customer reviews and feedback, working with relevant teams (PD/QA) to address any issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
    • Oversee Amazon review seeding programs.
  • Maintain communication with the sales support team to provide updates on optimizations, progress, and results.
  • Respond in a timely manner to errors, questions, alerts, and issues and work to resolve them with a strong customer focus and sense of urgency.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of product listings, making data-driven decisions to improve conversion rates and sales.
    • Compile monthly/quarterly performance reports for sharing with sales & marketing teams.
  • Stay informed about the latest Amazon changes, news, features, and algorithm updates to keep our listings competitive and compliant
What we’re looking for (Key Performance Objectives):
  • Improve Amazon SEO by conducting thorough keyword research to enhance product visibility and increase organic traffic on an ongoing basis.
  • Optimize content for new products, evergreen bestsellers, and high-growth potential "rising stars" to drive improved product and brand visibility, and conversion on an ongoing basis.
  • Support Amazon International (Canada, Mexico, Australia, Singapore) regions by tailoring content to local preferences, incorporating relevant keywords to enhance user relatability, and driving accelerated growth monthly.
  • Enhance brand identity and messaging by creating a cohesive and visually appealing storefront that reflects the brand's identity, resulting in increased new-to-brand shoppers, higher traffic, and lower bounce rates on an ongoing basis.
  • Test and learn different content levers by conducting quarterly A/B testing of images, titles, and A+ content to optimize performance and support conversion.
  • Become a team advocate for Vendor Central, Analytic Index, and Helium 10 by leveraging these tools to enhance data-driven decision-making and improve overall team performance on an ongoing basis.
Requirements/Ideal Attributes:
