Your responsibility is to contribute to the successful technical transfer of new OLED products to from lab scale to manufacturing facilities. You will work onsite at our Monroeville, PA R&D Center.<p><b>Key Responsibilities</b><br /><ul><li>Under the guidance of a senior technical transfer engineer, contribute to the effective technical transfer of new products/processes into the manufacturing facilities.</li><li>Completion of detailed technology transfer packages to facilitate process transfer from the lab to a manufacturing site, including process flow diagram, mass balances, critical to quality process parameters, safety assessments, batch log-sheet reviews, etc.</li><li>Work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate the transfer process and address challenges.</li><li>Collaborate with process development team to identify potential process issues, collect/analyze process data for scale-up calculations, understand new processes and technology as they relate to manufacturing operations.</li><li>Contribute to the technical risk assessment for new processes.</li><li>Works in a safe manner.
