This position requires flexibility, regular attendance, the understanding that position responsibilities may vary at times, the need to be receptive to additional responsibilities that may be reasonably assigned by the Supervisor and the knowledge that processes are subject to change per organizational growth.Responsibilities: Initial assessment and ongoing evaluationRecords accurate and complete documentationRelays proper and adequate information to Emergency Department.Maintains the upkeep of the AmbulancesRotating assignment of schedulingMay assist with providing hospital-wide security services when not performing EMS functionsMaintains a safe environment which includes knowing and understanding of hospital and departmental policies and procedures.Report and directly address identified environmental hazards when and directly address violations of patient safety policy and/or protocol when involved or observed.
