Join our team as a Certified Surgical Technologist and play a crucial role in ensuring the proper arrangement of surgical equipment and supplies in the operating room, assisting the surgeon during procedures, and maintaining a sterile field. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a surgical technician program completion and certification through the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA).
Qualifications:
- Completion of a surgical technician program
- Certification through NBSTSA or ability to obtain within one year of employment
- Maintain CPR and BLS validation
- Knowledge of various surgical procedures and equipment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strict adherence to policies and regulations for maintaining a sterile field
