Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Experience: • 10 months of Emergency Department experience is required. • Experience with Epic is preferred. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Oregon license in hand at the time of application. • Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role. • COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. No oncall Open to accommodating block schedule Scrubs: Any Color, provided BLS, PALS, and ACLS must be AHA only. Instructor, Provider, and RQI are acceptable. Cannot be currently or recently (within 6 months) employed with network - Must have left in good status, if former employee. ER profiles must include the size of the facility / # beds and the Trauma Level designation (if any) Orientation for all Oregon facilities is in Portland, OR for RN, LPN and CNAs. RTO must be listed at time of submission. All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing.
