As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our mission to deliver innovative solutions that exceed our customers' expectations. Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Design, develop, and test electrical systems and components for winches, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements. This includes creating electrical schematics, power distribution, control systems, selecting components, and conducting feasibility studies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers and technicians, to design and integrate electrical systems into our products. Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing cost-effective solutions. Conduct thorough feasibility studies and technical evaluations of electrical systems to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and safety. Analyze test data, identify areas for improvement, and propose design modifications as necessary. Prepare detailed technical documentation, including specifications, design reports, and user manuals. Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards. Collaborate with internal teams, such as manufacturing, sales, and customer service, to provide technical support and resolve electrical engineering-related issues. Assist in resolving customer inquiries and participate in product demonstrations when required.
