We are seeking a Refrigeration Service Technician & Team Lead for Commercial & Industrial applications. This role involves repairing and overhauling refrigeration, heating, and ventilation equipment to meet customer needs efficiently and on time.
Responsibilities:
- Repair and overhaul equipment including compressors, air handlers, and control devices
- Perform expert repair work on refrigeration, heating, and ventilation equipment
- Conduct preventative maintenance activities
- Process job tickets and work orders
- Provide training to less experienced technicians as needed
- Maintain proper truck inventory and drive company vehicle safely
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 7+ years' experience in commercial HVAC, refrigeration, ice machine, and gas furnace repair
- EPA Certification and valid Driver's license
- Expert knowledge of refrigeration, HVAC, and electrical systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair computer controls
- Good mechanical and communication skills
