In this role, you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, maintaining a safe and efficient treatment environment. Patience, empathy, and the ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals are essential. Position Summary:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
- Observe patient behavior and report any changes to the Charge Nurse/RN
- Assist with activities of daily living and provide patient educational information
- Monitor vital signs and respond to patient requests
- Facilitate educational/activity groups as assigned
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One year acute inpatient psychiatric care experience preferred
