A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FOOD & BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR:

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, youwill be responsible for the training and supervision of all service personnel working in the assigned dining facility. You will motivate service staff and coordinate a smooth and timely service delivery of quality food and beverages at an affordable value on a constant and consistent basis to the members.

JOB SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant/hotel/resort/club operations with a minimum of 5 years as a server and bartender with a la carte and banquet experience
• Must be certified by the State of Florida's Professional Food Managers Program.
• Must be flexible with schedule and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have excellent people skills.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be a team player and contribute to a positive teamwork environment of the F&B team.
• Must be detail oriented, organized, and accurate.
• Must be able to work autonomously.
• Must take the initiative and exhibit a "Can-Do" attitude.
• Must have honesty and integrity with a strong commitment to family values.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift and carry a service tray, wine cases, and various supply of up to 40 lbs.
• Must be in compliance with a Drug Free Workplace.
• Must have reliable transportation.
