Cyber Security Engineer

Our client in Central MA is seeking a direct hire Cyber Security Engineer to deploy and manage cyber security solutions for the enterprise; help to design, monitor, and enforce information security controls on IS systems; update and manage performance of Splunk; manage a Microsoft PKI Certificate Authority to support global standards; be the subject matter expert to secure our client's Microsoft based environment, and work with Splunk to integrate other commercial and open source technologies.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

Formal cyber security experience in a global manufacturing environment Solid experience with MS PKI Certificate Authority, Splunk, Active Directory, scripting, API interfaces, Unix / Linux, TCP/IP, and networking Passion about cyber security and investing in the growth of the organization and your own growth Create and manage technical documentation, policies, and procedures Willingness and ability to be onsite daily Pluses include any of the following:

Vulnerability Management, Endpoint Protection, Network Security Monitoring, Incident Response, Tenable, Rapid7, Qualys, Palo Alto Cortex, CyberArk Password Vault, DefendPoint, Cisco ISE, Varonis, MITRE Attack, NIST-CSF, MimeCast and / or Okta experience
