The Role

We are looking for a skilled Mid-Level Project Manager who will be responsible for coordinating the successful implementation and enhancement of Business Systems technology and software solutions within our organization. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in leading projects related to Salesforce implementations and integrations and a proven track record of successfully collaborating with 3rd party software vendors and implementation consultants.

Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Colorado, California, and New York.

The current range for this role is $104,000 - $163,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits.

What You’ll Do

Lead end-to-end project management for software implementations, including planning, execution, testing, training, monitoring, and closing phases. Collaborate with internal collaborators and solution architects to collect requirements, define project scope, and establish project timelines and deliverables. Act as the point of contact for 3rd party vendors involved; ensuring deliverables are met according to agreed-upon timelines and quality standards. Build and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk registers, and change control logs. Proactively identify potential risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Facilitate regular project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status updates, and post-implementation reviews, to ensure alignment and visibility across all collaborators. Clearly communicate project status, milestones, and dependencies to our Internal Center or Excellence committee. Monitor project budget and resources, ensuring projects are delivered within budgetary constraints. Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by developing efficient operational processes and frameworks where none exist or promoting process and system improvement where vital. Work with the Business Operations - Systems Director to help with over all Program Management within the organization.

Knowledge of the financial services industry is considered a substantial asset. Prior experience with Salesforce including certifications is a requirement Experience in handling projects that include technologies like NetSuite, Boomi, Snowflake, Databricks is an asset.
