Regional Director of Sales Senior Care (Please only apply if you have senior care/home care sales experience)
Responsibilities
Representing a combined suite of senior care services including home care and adult day services Forecast needs, set priorities and execute business strategy for the region. Develop and lead a team of sales account executives. Build and maintain professional relationships with all referral sources. Meet with and present the benefits of quality care to existing and potential referral sources. Communicate effectively with all members of the health care delivery team including operations support and clinical management. Reports to, and meets regularly with, senior leadership.
Requirements
Sales team management experience Home Care or Adult Day Services including Private Pay Ability to develop and implement a sales plan Excellent oral/written communication skills Professional demeanor and presentation Bachelor’s Degree preferred
