Responsibilities: Verifies all merchandise deliveries are accurate and performed to Company standards Communicates advance or delayed shipping information to the GM and Executive Chef Ensures timely and accurate input of all freight information through the Inventory Management system. Ensures the proper receiving procedures are used to control shortages. Ensures an orderly and neatly maintained stock and receiving area. Drive in a safe and courteous manner at all times, following all traffic signs Park delivery van in a safe location and follow all safety procedures. Job Qualifications: One year of professional van or delivery truck driving experience Ability to prioritize work tasks, multi-task, and maintain focus Operate calmly and proactively in stressful situations Meet all required attendance guidelines of the position Able to work independently in a high volume environment Speak, read, write, and understand English and speak distinctly to others. Able to stand, bend, reach, kneel, squat for long periods of time Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Able to lift up to 40-60 lbs.
