Job Description:

Service Efficiency Technical Business Systems Analysts are responsible for supporting day to day business operations for Global Customer Services enterprise systems.

This role focuses on learning how associates and customers interact with client systems to support contracting, implementation, and servicing medical equipment.

Core technologies include Salesforce Sales, Service, Field Service, and Community clouds and SAP ECC/CRM. This is a great role to receive mentorship and training from a wide variety of experts as you grow as a business systems analyst.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience

Experience working with a service organization with remediation/recall management processes (preferred)

Specific knowledge of client business and customer needs (desired)

Proficient with MS Suite (Excel, PPT, Visio) and SharePoint

2+ years SAP and/or Salesforce support or administration experience

2+ years Traditional and Agile project management methodologies

Day to day

You show initiative and ownership, identify issues and problem solve, prioritize across project and support work, and escalate risks to management.

This position is responsible for working closely with product owners and stakeholders to successfully execute on Salesforce/SAP projects while supporting production applications.

You will provide initial triage on new support cases and help identify business requirements for new projects and enhancements.

Team Responsibilities:

Partner with Product Owners and Solution Leads on user story development, test strategy and execution.

Support testing strategy and act as subject matter experts to build test plan: scenarios, test cases, execution, hand-off to PO or back to dev team

Support change management process end user training

Work with Product Owners to synthesize requirements to create clear and comprehensive user stories and solution design documentation

Essential part of an agile delivery team releasing monthly enhancements.

Partner with Product Owner and Solution Lead as end-to-end Feature Owner for solutions within larger programs

Support technology projects from business case through delivery

Support requirements gathering workshops and facilitate stakeholder alignment

Answer questions from developers and clarify requirements

Understand and execute HPALM test scripts as needed for validation.

Business Systems Analyst Responsibilities

Leading requirement gathering meetings, capturing action items, next steps, and sending out meeting notes.

Facilitate project team and stakeholder meetings.

Ability to successfully build relationships with stakeholders.

Working with team to identify test scenarios.

Writing test scripts, conducting user acceptance testing, and training.

Ability to act as subject matter expert.

Demonstrates understanding of project governance expectations (scope management, tollgates, and risk and change management)

Maintain detailed project documentation including meeting minutes, action items, issues list and risk management plans

Support Project Teams on planning, scheduling, and execution of all deliverables within the scope of the project or program

Demonstrates a proactive approach to identify and manage risks to project success

Communicates impact, challenges, roadblocks, and insights effectively and concisely to appropriate audiences; develops effective action plans for resolution

Drives clear, concise communications to multiple audiences on project status and updates

Participates in requirements scoping, research and prioritization with key stakeholders, and constructively challenges to reduce complexity and establish needs vs. wants

Partners with subject matter experts to craft ideal state for system and process, and utilizes agile methodology to iteratively improve

Enterprise Systems Operations Support

Chatter and GMB support channels.

Monitor systems for support requests, submit break/fix cases, system enhancement requests.

Ensure all support channels are covered to enable team members to take PTO/sick days.

Maintain support team SLAs (16 business hour response time).

Support for on-boarding and off-boarding users and customers.

GRC Role Owner and Data Approver.

Subject matter expert in specific coverage areas.

Helping users navigate systems and answer questions.

Provide systems expertise in specific areas they are responsible for.
