Responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of a construction project; the Project Manager will be monitor and manage the day-to-day execution, project controls, project engineering, cost, risk, and business management of multiple projects
•The ideal candidate has a proven ability to lead, motivate, and mentor junior staff including Project Engineers and Superintendents
•Working closely with all members of the project team, project executives and regional leadership teams
•Manage project acquisition process from initial client contact through project award, including preconstruction phase that includes site surveys/site walks, subcontractor selection, and preparation of client proposals
•Manage and mentor project team members: project engineers, superintendents, and field office coordinators
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial construction industry.
* In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
* Strong organizational and leadership skills.
* Experience with healthcare projects preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
