Position Overview

The role of Sr. Program Manager is a pivotal role within Echo's Integrations Group and the broader Technology Organization. As a key member of the Integrations Leadership Team, you will own the customer onboarding process, with a focus on continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This role demands a strategic thinker who can plan, execute, and drive the delivery of key initiatives with measurable impact to the business. This individual must be a data-drive decision maker with an analytical approach to problem solving, and an acute focus on customer service.

Essential Job Functions

Analyzes, proposes, and implements improvements to integration onboarding processes throughout the Integrations Organization. Effectively builds, develops, and manages relationships across all stakeholders, including senior executives. Ensures collaboration and information sharing across delivery teams and workstreams through transparency and effective communication. Partners with leadership to build key success metrics to evaluate integration planning and execution. Develops and delivers reporting for leadership, and stakeholders to monitor and track progress. Collaborates with product, platform, and delivery teams to leverage technology and automation solutions for process optimization. Stays up to date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and technologies related to business process optimization. Requirements

Qualified candidates will possess the following characteristics and experience:

Strong background in Transportation/Supply Chain Experience using MS Office, Visio/Lucidchart, Tableau/PowerBI 5-7 years work experience 3-5 years team management experience Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to learn Echo's proprietary Transportation Management Systems Self-managed and motivated Enjoys and thrives in fast paced, fluid work environment Very organized and detail oriented Consulting background a strong plus Undergraduate Degree from a top tier school with a high GPA; Supply Chain/Logistics or Operations Management degrees preferred
