How You’ll Make an Impact:

The Manager, Digital Asset Management will be responsible for overseeing the entire digital asset lifecycle, from acquisition to archiving. This includes purchasing, organizing, managing, auditing, and maintaining all digital assets used by the Creative department. You’ll also play a key role in establishing best practices for digital asset management, ensuring legal compliance, and driving strategic initiatives to support Epsilon's business goals.

The Manager, Digital Asset Management reports directly to the Director of Creative Operations, fostering close collaboration and ensuring alignment with departmental goals. You'll work hand-in-hand with a talented team of creatives, strategists, and operations specialists. This collaborative environment fosters knowledge sharing and professional development. By spearheading these initiatives, you'll directly embody Epsilon's core values of teamwork, excellence, and a commitment to continuous learning.

What You’ll Achieve:

  • Streamline creative workflows, reduce manual tasks, and improve overall efficiency through automation and process optimization.
  • Ensure legal compliance and protect Epsilon from legal risks by ensuring that all digital assets comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Foster a culture of asset sharing and reuse, facilitating collaboration among creative teams.
  • Implement best practices for asset storage, retrieval, and distribution, ensuring easy access and efficient use.
  • Contribute to Epsilon's expansion by establishing scalable digital asset management solutions.
  • Utilize AI and other emerging technologies to improve asset management processes and identify new opportunities.
  • Manage and mentor Digital Asset Management and creative operations teams to ensure high-quality work and client satisfaction.

Who You Are:

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Digital Asset Management within a design studio, creative department, or agency environment.
  • Expert understanding of Digital Asset Management principles and practices, including rights management, asset lifecycle management, and metadata.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and UTC, as well as experience with Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Ability to think strategically, partner with stakeholders, and drive initiatives that align with Epsilon's business goals.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing teams, developing processes, and optimizing workflows.
  • Success in working effectively with teams across different departments and regions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude.
  • Proven ability to multi-task, set priorities, and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for staying up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies.
