Citizens Memorial Foundation in Bolivar, MO is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team providing services to Home Health patients.
Our philosophy is to care for those in need with an integrated plan that includes physical, as well as the mental, spiritual and social needs, of our patients. Our professional staff of therapists provides rehabilitation therapy for home-bound patients who otherwise might not receive medical attention.
A typical day for the Physical Therapist will include traveling to the homes of patients to assess conditions and treatment plan progress, and to provide therapies aimed at improving mobility and recovery. You will manage your own daily schedule of appointments, creating autonomy and flexibility for you in this role.
The position is PRN days, 8am-5pm
Job Requirements:
- Education: Graduation from an accredited college with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- Experience: New graduates welcome; 1 year of experience preferred
- Skills: Patient care
- Licensure/Certification: Licensed by the Missouri Board of Registration for the Healing Arts
