The RF Antenna Team at Raytheon is seeking a talented Senior Engineer to lead and shape antenna, radome, and antenna measurement system technology within the Company. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing antenna or radome hardware and requirements, working with interdisciplinary engineering teams, analyzing simulation or test data, and leading diverse teams. In addition, the candidate will work with government personnel and programs, define and refine requirements, and provide guidance, coaching, mentoring, and training to other employees across the business within the candidate's areas of expertise. This role is an onsite position located in Tucson, AZ.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 8 years of relevant experience
- Antenna element design and fabrication experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Master of Science (MS) or PhD in electrical engineering
- Experience managing and presenting technical data to stakeholders and customers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with technical execution plans and management processes
- Proficiency with scientific programming languages and modeling & simulation tools
