In the role of an experienced certified real estate advisor, your responsibilities go beyond mere property sales management. As an Experienced Real Estate Salesperson, your duties will include networking, working in partnership with clients such as homebuyers, sellers, and property investors, and ensuring seamless transactions. This role requires superior communication and organizational abilities, as you will provide clients with advice on selling tactics and help them maximize the value of their properties.

We are in search of a real estate advisor who is dedicated to a full-time role (or prepared to transition to full-time within 90 days), receptive to mentorship, takes initiative, and is imaginative. The real estate field is dynamic, necessitating agents who are versatile and inventive in distinguishing themselves to prospective clients.

Previous experience in sales, client service, or promotional activities is advantageous for a flourishing career in real estate brokerage.

Please note: Holding a real estate license is a mandatory requirement for this position.

Real Estate Professionals earn money for each transaction they complete. As you make more transactions, you earn more income. After a few years of disciplined work, it's not unusual for a Real Estate Agent to be earning $75000 - $150000 / year or more. The more work you put into establishing a client base, the more money you will earn.

Job Responsibilities

Spearhead intricate market analyses to unlock new avenues for our distinguished clients. Supervise intricate transactions with precision, ensuring a seamless and professional experience. Maintain a pulse on local market nuances, staying ahead of recent home sales and trends. Provide seasoned advice to clients on optimal staging techniques for swift and lucrative sales. Help clients prepare their homes to placed on the market. Mediate during sales and purchasing negotiations to advocate for clients' best interests.
