Responsibilities You will manage operations for areas assigned within the department. You will plan and organize work flow for Engineering colleagues to ensure timely and accurate completion of all projects. You'll manage department level programs including production checklists, financial controls, and inventories - knowledge and skills in Excel is a plus! Responsibilities for the supervision of all Engineering colleagues include training, coaching, counseling, work schedules, and performances evaluations. Supervise and provide oversight of outside contractors. Safety is a top priority and you'll be responsible for ensuring safe environments for all colleagues and guests; conducts regular trainings and develop, implement and ensure standards for key control and safety related topics are maintained. Regular meetings and trainings are part of your responsibilities on such topics as personal protective equipment, Hazmat and proper equipment handling, and you'll complete proper documentation of any work related injury within established time-frames. You will also work alongside colleagues on work orders and special projects. Schedule work hours are Sunday - Thursday, 8:30 am - 5 pm. Qualifications Must have prior knowledge of position/industry (3-5 years previous experience in same or related field). Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent.
