Minneapolis, MN What you will do as the Administrative Support Specialist:

Provide administrative support to multiple departments, including but not limited to data entry, file management, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence Manage and maintain HR documents and records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies and regulations Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientations, and facilitating exit interviews Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures in a timely and professional manner Collaborate with the HR team to develop and update employee handbooks, policies, and procedures Conduct research and compile data for various HR projects and initiatives Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate record-keeping Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring documents are organized and easily accessible What you'll bring to the role as the Administrative Support Specialist:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred 2+ years of experience in administrative support roles, with a focus on HR document management Strong understanding of HR document types, such as employment contracts, offer letters, performance evaluations, and disciplinary forms Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Familiarity with employment laws and regulations, including but not limited to ADA, FMLA, and EEOC Take the first step on your new career path!
