The Systems Engineering Design & Architecture (SDA) organization is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer with a focus on software to join our team in Tucson, AZ. In this role, you will be responsible for contributing to successful software requirements and integration for missile systems. Your tasks will include managing system and subsystem requirements, providing technical oversight during integration and test activities, and participating in verification and validation efforts. Additionally, you will work closely with various engineering disciplines and the customer to ensure our systems function effectively for our warfighters. Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
- Five years of experience in software architecture, design, development, integration, and verification
- Two years of systems engineering with experience in areas such as software development, testing, interfacing with customers, and system architecture
- Post Graduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math or Physics
- Experience using Agile framework development methods/processes and tools
- Familiarity with military systems and work with the DoD customer
