DOT Truck Driver

Our team in Borger currently has an opening for a DOT Truck Driver YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES * The DOT Driver is responsible for making timely deliveries to customers on the assigned route in a safe and professional manner. * Driving daily Hazmat, Tanker, LTL, or Bulk loads in the local area. * Loading and/or unloading of bulk, drummed, or bagged material. * Operate a forklift. * Follow all operating procedures, and work instructions. * Reports all non-conformances as they occur using proper forms. * Performs all duties in a safe manner and follow all rules and regulations. * Completes all training as required in the Regulatory/Compliance Training Program. * Properly use materials such as labels, placards, stenciling and paint. * Properly cares for and uses all equipment such as forklifts, drum handling equipment, pumps, hoses, etc. * Secure dual sign off before transferring any product from one vessel to another. YOUR PROFILE Education and Experience: * High School Diploma or GED required. * A minimum of 3 years commercial Class A CDL driving experience in an industrial/chemical environment. * Experience with box vans and tankers required. * Current Class A CDL with Hazmat and Tanker Endorsements, clean motor vehicle record, ability to meet DOT requirements. * Must be able to pass a DOT physical evaluation and obtain a DOT Medical Card. * Must be able to sit and drive for long periods of time. * Must have the ability to repeatedly bend; lift, push, pull and or move up to 100 pounds; proper lifting techniques required. * Must be able to give and receive verbal and written instructions in the English language. * Comfortable with the use of a Forklift, and general warehouse duties. * Knowledge of DOT load securement regulations. * Employment is contingent upon completion of background investigation, E-Verify check, and pre-employment drug screening.
