VACANCY

District Registrar/ Administrative Assistant to District Office/HR

2024-25 School Year


Qualifications:

  • Minimum High School Diploma.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team member.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized.
  • High ethical standards and ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
  • Ability and willingness to learn are a must.
  • Working knowledge of and experience with Excel, Word and Google Suite applications
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and accurately maintain records
  • Desire to work with young children and families
  • General office machine usage and maintenance

Duties: (Not an exhaustive list)

  • Meet with and enroll all new students and families in the district preschool - 12th-grade
  • Assist with nutrition program compliance, including processing of all free and reduced applications
  • Manage and maintain district scholarships, ensuring timely distribution and record-keeping
  • Assist the HS counseling team with various tasks and projects
  • Learn and manage student data via the student information system
  • Assist in all state reporting collections, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Provide support with human resources tasks, which may include working 1 day per week in another district through operational sharing.
  • Other duties as assigned

Compensation and conditions of employment:

  • 260-day contract; 13 paid holidays; 2 weeks of paid vacation after 60 days
  • 3 personal days
  • 15 sick days per year (can accumulate up to 150 days)
  • Beginning as soon as mutually agreed.
  • Compensation per 2024-2025 Central Office Settlement Conditions
