Director of Wellbeing Center

<p><b>Compensation</b>: $75,899.20/Annually</p><p></p><p>The Wellbeing Center Director is responsible for directing and managing the Wellbeing Center programs including Wellbeing Specialists &amp; Supervisors and Transportation Team Leader.</p><p><b>This position will oversee the Wellbeing Centers in Raymore, Clinton, Jefferson City and Warrensburg and includes the Western, Central, and Southern Regions.</b></p><p><b>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</b></p><p>* Oversee daily program operations including, not limited to, maintenance of facility, vehicles, and equipment<br />* Oversee and maintain compliance with all applicable licensure, certification, and or accreditation<br />* Ensures programming adheres to PSR standards<br />* Serve as program and person-served advocate<br />* Conduct annual evaluations of staff performance<br />* Coach staff as needed on job performance<br />* Implement agency policies as needed<br />* Monitor staff and program productivity<br />* Will ensure that staff seek culturally competent services to meet the unique cultural needs of members<br />* Marketing &amp; outreach:<br /> o provide educational information to other community agencies about Clubhouse services<br /> o Network with other agencies to meet needs of individuals served<br /> o Monitor outreach program<br />* Fiscal management of the program including, but not limited to, monitoring staff and program productivity, monitoring program expenses according to budget, and assisting in developing a budget for each program<br />* Provide crisis intervention services as needed with clients and provide necessary referrals as needed<br />* Participate in the CPRP quality assurance process<br />* Monitor documentation of services through regular records review<br />* Maintain program guidelines and assessment process through quarterly review<br />* Other duties as assigned</p><p></p><p> </p><br><br><p>* Master's degree in a human service-related field preferred<br />* Bachelor's degree in a human service-related field required</p><p><b>WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS</b></p><p>At least two (2) years of relevant experience required</p><p>Supervisory and/or administrative training and experience preferred<br /><br />Missouri Chauffer's license (Class E) required (must be able to obtain within 60 days of hire)</p><p><b>Compass Health Network</b> is a nonprofit health care organization offering accessible, comprehensive, &amp; compassionate behavioral health, substance use treatment, family medicine and dental services throughout Missouri.
