As Director of Nursing, you will be instrumental in leading our clinical team to fulfill the mission, vision, and goals of the Program and Hospital. The Director of Nursing is responsible for the continuous safe operation of the assigned department, including all aspects of patient care, budgeting, staffing and quality assurance.

Position Highlights:

• The Director of Nursing is responsible for the continuous safe operation of the Nursing Department, following relevant established standards and guidelines
• The Director of Nursing is accountable to the CEO/Administrator and Medical Director for providing a comprehensive, high quality program of excellence, ensuring the patient achieves the best possible outcome.

The Osage Beach Center for Behavioral Health is a hospital that provides specialized treatment services designed to continually improve in quality and cost effectiveness. Patient care services will be provided by a multidisciplinary treatment team of professionals utilizing current, research-based, Best Practice protocols designed to achieve maximum therapeutic benefit for each patient entrusted to its care.

Inpatient Acute Care at Center for Osage Beach Center for Behavioral Health is designed to meet needs of individuals in crisis. The mission of our facility is to provide quality services that consistently meet and exceed the expectations of patients, families, referral sources, payers, and partners. Inpatient services are offered for individuals 18 and older who meet inpatient criteria.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Education: Bachelor degree
• Minimum Experience: 1 to 3 years’ experience in an acute psychiatric facility; management experience is required.
• Required Certifications/Registrations/Licenses: Missouri RN license preferred. CPR required within 30 days of employment; mandatory certifications for relevant requirements within 12 months of employment.
