The Director of Cath Lab will be responsible for planning and implementing the overall policies, procedures, and services of the cardiac catheterization lab as well as the electrophysiology and IR labs. Also implements care in the CV holding area and is responsible for nursing staff in the Cardiology Outpatient testing department.
Ensures efficient and effective lab operations, including quality control and compliance adherence. May be responsible for hiring and training of new employees as well as budgetary control for the lab. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to top management.
At Porter Regional, we have a strong structural heart program and have performed over 200 TAVRS and 250 WATCHMAN. This is an opportunity to join an expanding cath lab with a strong, tenured team.

- Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program
