Description:

The ambulatory clinical specialist 1 will provide specialized care for patients by reviewing medication regimens and pharmaceutical needs for patients in a clinical setting. The specialist will serve as a clinical resource to health care providers and enhance the pharmacy department‘s professional and clinical services. Estimated salary range for this position is $109200.00 - $141960.00 / year depending on experience.
Qualifications:

Degrees: Doctorate Licenses & Certifications: Basic Life Support Registered Pharmacist Additional Qualifications: Doctorate of Pharmacy with Board Certification of Pharmacy Specialty (BPS) required in area of specialty practice. If not Board Certified by BPS in area of hire, Pharmacy Practice Residency PGY2 and achievement of Board Certification within 1 year of hire is required. If no residency training, must have > 5 years of practice experience in area of specialty and Board Certification in area of specialty practice (PGY1 = 3 years of experience & PGY2 = 2 additional years). Florida Consultant Licensure within 3 months of hire. Immunization certificate within 6 months of hire. Knowledge of Microsoft office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other graphics or presentation software. Minimum Required Experience:
