Overview:

The Master Data Management Lead will be responsible for driving the implementation of Enterprise Master Data platform, services and driving domain definition across the organization. This role is for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in successful master data services implementation, collaborating with infrastructure and platform teams, and expanding domains to elevate data governance and quality standards.

The candidate for this role possesses deep expertise in master data management, hands-on experience in platform implementation, and a strategic mindset to lead and innovate in the realm of comprehensive data governance. It requires clear communication of strategy and product vision with diverse business and corporate IT partners, and the translation of their needs into technical solutions and capabilities.

This position sits in our Enterprise Data and Analytics organization, which aims to drive improved business outcomes using insights gleaned from data and analytics, infusing them into Lennar’s corporate fabric and is a key role in operationalizing Lennar’s enterprise data fabric

Responsibilities:
Lead and execute the implementation of cutting-edge master data platform, leveraging extensive experience to ensure seamless deployment, integration, and optimization across the organization.
Drive domain definition initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to implement and enhance master data services, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and strategies.
Spearhead the expansion of master data domains, employing strategic insights and expertise to develop and refine comprehensive frameworks that facilitate effective data governance.
Oversee the establishment and enforcement of meticulous standards, guidelines, and policies for master data governance and quality.
Define and drive implementation of robust methodologies for data collection, storage, processing, and accessibility.
Collaborate extensively with infrastructure and platform teams, fostering seamless integration of the master data platform within the organizational ecosystem, ensuring its scalability and efficiency.
Define and communicate an expansive product roadmap, taking ownership of feature prioritization and enhancements within the master data platform to fortify its capabilities and drive operational excellence
Develop and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, assessing the effectiveness of master data governance and quality initiatives, tracking progress, and identifying optimization opportunities.
Deliver impactful presentations of product plans and updates to senior executives, showcasing the strategic vision and milestones achieved in master data management initiatives.
Lead or actively participate in training sessions and workshops aimed at elevating data literacy and fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization
Qualifications:
Master's degree in a related field.
15+ years progressive experience in strategy and technical program or product management.
Blend expertise in consulting methodologies with hands-on execution highly preferred.
Experience in leading design, feature breakdown and projects/products from inception to shipped software.
Experience in cloud computing and architecture.
Expertise with Agile software development process with a strong emphasis on test driven development.
Experience driving product strategies, go-to-market strategies, roadmap, and design.
Proficiency with SQL and RDMBS.
Strong expertise with Jira and Confluence.
Strong communication skills with proven experience handling collaboration across executives and other stakeholder.
Strong analytical skills, leading research, analysis, and data insights to inform decisions.
Familiar with developer tools, software lifecycle, rapid app development platform, and low code market.

Physical Requirements:

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the Product Analyst, Digital Marketing to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
