We are looking for a machine learning operations engineer to join our company be a key player in our IT Business Intelligence & Analytics team. Overview: As a member of the Tech Accelerator squad in the BI&A department, you will help drive the adoption of Advanced Analytics products by taking models built by data scientists and turning them into machine learning production systems. The Digital Solution Deployer follows and accompanies entities and regions in the deployment and implementation of the recommended digital solution until ownership by end users. You not only coordinate the deployment of the various components and streams of the solution, but also represent the core team in bearing the program's vision. This job opportunity is open to 100% remote work if needed. What you'll do: Manage and organize the local deployment, ensuring that the local teams have everything they need (information, tools, local specificities' integration…) in order to deploy the solution in the best possible conditions. Build the deployment roadmap and coordinate all relevant actors to implement the solution in a timely way while minimizing the local workload. Coordinate the training of trainers and users to these new solutions. Design and deploy data pipelines and MLOps infrastructure in Azure Develop and deploy tools and services to train models, generate inferences, validate models, and promote the models from development and industrialization to production Identify and evaluate new technologies to improve performance, maintainability, and reliability of the machine learning models Apply software engineering best practices to machine learning operations, including CI/CD, automation Support model development, with an emphasis on auditability, versioning, and data security Collaborate with the delivery squads to build requirements and track the progress of the MLOps efforts What you'll bring Experience building end-to-end systems as a MLOps Engineer or Data Engineer Exposure to machine learning methodology and modeling frameworks Strong software engineering skills in Python, PySpark and SQL Experience with Azure Machine Learning objects such as Databricks, Data Factory, Data Lakes, database systems and building integrations using APIs Experience developing and maintaining ML systems built with open source tools Experience developing with containers and Kubernetes in cloud computing environments Ability to translate business needs to technical requirements Strong understanding of software testing, benchmarking, continuous integration and deployment Education & Experience 2 -5 years proven experience building production-quality software Bachelors or advanced degree in computer science or equivalent engineering degree Experience working in a challenging environment with an international team #li-rg1 #LI-hiringmichelin Inspire Motion for Life: Apply Today!
