Job Description

Oracle is looking for a Sr Director for Sales Strategy to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the Intelligence & Homeland Security financial and tactical business objectives. You will develop business practices and processes. And will be responsible for communicating and helping to train the organization on business practices and processes. You will share your experience and great ideas to help enhance the ways cloud business is managed for the government, enabling win-win solutions to business challenges.

Must currently possess or have the ability to obtain and maintain a US Security Clearance (TS/SCI). Must be a US Citizen.

Responsibilities

What you will do:

  • Work with Intelligence & Homeland Security organizations to ensure the security, risk, & compliance of public cloud infrastructure in our OCI air-gapped regions

  • Drive implementation of new processes and procedures.

  • Develop and drive to organizational KPIs/OKRs, and business rhythms (Account planning, leadership review cadence, monthly business reviews)

  • Continuous Improvement

  • Tools/training, visual process flow, anomaly detection, trend analysis

  • High side reporting & blog postings

  • Serve as a liaison with GDI and other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing.

  • Develop and maintain Knowledge Management

  • internal/external websites, document repository, and source of truth for relevant business data

  • Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives.

  • Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities.

  • Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals.

  • Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance.

  • Serve as Intel & Homeland Security liason to other parts of the GDI organization.

What you will bring - Qualifications:

  • MUST have 10+ years working with the Federal Government , specifically with the Intelligence Community .

  • MUST have a strong understanding and experience with security, risk, and compliance of public cloud infrastructure

  • Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others.

  • Experience delivering non-routine and very complex work, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in process improvement.

  • Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format.

  • Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected.

  • Executive and Strategic relationship management skills strongly desired.

  • Strong evidence of written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proven ability to examine, improve and execute the organization's existing processes and procedures for risk as it relates to public cloud workloads.

  • Work independently, collaborate within a team and comfortable in a virtual environment.

  • Build automation/self service capabilities for analysis, reporting and reusing of information to address control issues.

  • Understanding of technology processes such as automation of dashboard delivery required.

  • Executive Stakeholder engagements, including ability to interact and present to senior levels of management.

US: Hiring Range: from $141,800 to $232,300 per annum. May be eligible for equity and compensation deferral. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 80/20.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
