Description
General Job Summary: As a physical therapist with OrthoCincy, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients according to a treatment plan that you develop. You will also be collaborating with team members to assist patients with a full recovery after surgery or injury.

Requirements
Education/Experience:
  • Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program
  • State license to practice physical therapy
  • CPR certification
Responsibilities:
  • Understand and adhere to state practice act including rules of supervision for support staff
  • Maintain state licensure and complete continuing education regularly to stay current on the practice of physical therapy to best serve our patients
  • Evaluate and treat patients in need of skilled physical therapy services with proper documentation to support medical necessity of treatment
  • Facilitate open communication with physicians, co-workers and patients to provide the best comprehensive care possible for the community we serve
  • Participate in chart audits and review of care plans with colleagues to facilitate best practices within our organization
