Become a Delivery Truck Driver with US Foods!
Schedule:
- 5-day work week between Monday and Saturday
- Start time between 12am - 6am; End of shift is at completion of route
- 45+ hours/week
Compensation and Benefits:
- Starting at $26.75 per hour, $29.75 after 90 days
- Union Benefits after 90 days: medical, dental, vision, 401K, life insurance, and more
- Average $75,000 - $80,000 Yearly
Main Responsibilities:
- Safely drive trucks to customers and meet scheduled delivery times
- Unload products and place in designated customer storage areas
- Handle collections and payments from customers when applicable
- Perform customer service responsibilities to enhance client experience
- Perform all pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid CDL Class A issued by the state of legal residence with required endorsements and DOT qualifications
- Minimum of six months commercial driving experience or three months in the food and beverage delivery industry
- Comfortable driving and working in inclement weather conditions
