Our client is looking for a talented healthcare analyst to aggregate and analyze data from medical claims and insurance data to provide key insights to the business. They are looking for a strong independent analyst that can predominately work remotely to analyze data from insurance claims and revenue to provide key insights to the business. This person will be comfortable providing analysis and interpretation of data including working with SQL server and interpreting dashboards and providing presentations for decision makers preferably using Microsoft products. They will be reviewing data independently and providing analysis and cleansing and working with a very collaborative team environment.
Required Skills:
Minimum of 1+ years of experience working as an analyst in the healthcare environment with an insurance domain
Ability to understand SQL query statements and work with SQL language to extract and source data
Experience working with as an analyst, defining, mapping data, analyzing and aggregating data from various sources
Understanding of analytics, business intelligence, statistics to interpret data and provide clear insights, solutions and recommendations
Experience with medical healthcare and insurance systems and specifically dealing with claims and insurance data
Experience presenting information and dashboards in front of decision makers and internal decision makers
Past experience interpreting dashboards and making presentations about key data insights
Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with internal teams through face to face and largely video conference meetings.
