Job Summary
Burns and Sons Direct Appliance is looking for a full time Delivery Driver/ intaller and service technician trainee  to join our team! As a Delivery Driver, you are a key member of the team! You are responsible for delivering and installing household goods to our clients. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.

 
Responsibilities:

• Responsible for accounting of inventory
• Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and different routes
• Follow route and schedule
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate delivery vehicle
• Must supply your own tools
• Follow DOT regulations and safety standards
• Must be able to lift and move a minimum of 100 to 150lbs.

  Qualifications:

• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to drive multiple types of vehicles, i.e., box truck and express van
• Excellent organizational skills
• Must be able to work independently
• Must have excellent time management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and maintain effective relationships with current customers and vendors
