Duties Under the direct supervision of the Statewide Marine Facilities Manager, the Marine Crew C&M Supervisor oversees the planning, direction, and coordination of the Marine Crew's success in construction, renovation, remodel, repair, inspection, and maintenance of Marine State Park buildings, facilities, vessels, equipment, and vehicles. Duties include, but are not limited to: Serving as the lead and coordinator of maintenance for marine and freshwater facilities: Lead and direct maintenance, repair, and operational development of marine facilities and equipment. Coordinate with region maintenance managers and area managers on emergent and unforeseen maintenance needs of existing facilities. Oversee statewide field operations for the Marine Crew on constructions and maintenance projects including docks, floats, buoys, and piers. Supervise: Schedule work priorities and shift coverage, mentor, recommend disciplinary and corrective action, perform hiring interviews, and develop work plans and evaluations.
