Duration: 12+ months

This position will assist with developing and improving data quality from the organization's application and infrastructure inventory systems. Included but not limited to, data requirements gathering, ability to improve data, and preform cleanup. This position will partner closely with server administrators and application product managers to correlate data from each siloed databases, identify any additional gaps and work to improve data accuracy. This position will assist various stakeholders with data visualization, providing consumable dashboards for ongoing projects.

Responsibilities

Partner with Infrastructure and Application teams to carry out data collection and data clean-up of application and server inventories Create reports for internal teams and/or external clients Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data Use graphs, infographics and other methods to visualize data Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions Structure large data sets to find usable information Create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings willingness and ability to manually improve data or automate data improvements where necessary.

Knowledge of business requirements gathering methods and techniques. Knowledge of business process modeling methods and techniques. Knowledge of data flow modeling methods and techniques. Knowledge of licensing, compliance, and enforcement processes. Knowledge of data warehousing techniques. Knowledge of data reporting techniques. Knowledge of Jira and agile workflows Knowledge of the SQL (Structured Query Language) and Oracle Databases. Technical writing skills Analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to set and meet deadlines Ability to work in high-pressure situations Reporting and data visualization skills Excellent attention to detail
