GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
The successful Data Integration Manager candidate will be responsible for managing a team of analysts focused on developing documentation and integration solutions across the Data Services components. Integrations include custom code, KWS configurations, acquisition data migrations, and maintaining enterprise applications integration connections. This position is hybrid in Independence, OH.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage a team of Data Analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management in various client-related projects.
  • Help develop standards and processes to support and facilitate integration projects and initiatives.
  • Maintain high standards of data quality through the introduction and enforcement of information handling processes and organization of the data integration processes.
  • Lead the design and implementation of data integration strategies that align with the firms needs and technical requirements.
  • Ensure integration processes are scalable, efficient, and capable of handling large volumes of data from various sources.
  • Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues, ensuring transparency and proactive problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with HR and department heads to assign the right team members to the project based on skills and availability.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within data integration project and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Track key milestones and critical path activities throughout project life cycles.
EXPERIENCE/CREDENTIALS
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Engineering, Statistics, or related discipline.
  • 7+ years working as a Data Analyst.
  • Experience with Azure; Data Lake, SQL Managed Instance, Data Factory, Purview, and Aquera.
  • Expert with SQL queries and writing highly complex queries to extract and analyze large data sets
  • Experience in leading and managing a team of Data Analyst.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a variety of individuals with complex technical situations and issues.
