&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;u&gt;SUMMARY&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt; &lt;p&gt;The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering various types of data into our systems accurately.  Key tasks include updating subscriber records while maintaining both quality and quantity expectations.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;u&gt;ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Accurately keys a variety of subscription transactions and special requests from source documents into our systems.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Review documents and determine type of transaction. Enter the correct amounts for check bearing documents. &lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Print batch header, match to corresponding documents and totals checks. Balance checks to batch totals. &lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Complete daily paperwork including but not limited to recording clerical charges.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Keys re-batched documents.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Utilize Confluence and other documentation for client specific information and updates.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Obtain and return assigned work from designated area.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;u&gt;RESPONSIBILITIES&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Maintains confidentiality of CDS Global and its clients&#39; proprietary information.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Interacts in a cooperative and professional manner, with all levels of employees, clients and/or vendors, in a team environment.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Organizes tasks and resources to complete work and meet deadlines according to established departmental procedures.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Acquires and adopts new information in a changing technical environment.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Adheres to CDS Global guidelines, policies and procedures.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Assumes additional responsibilities as required.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;u&gt;REQUIREMENTS&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;High school diploma or equivalent preferred.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Minimum typing skills requirement: 35 WPM.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Basic verbal and written English communication skills.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Basic math skills.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Ability to interpret, examine, and process data.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Ability to compare and evaluate entered data with original document and make necessary edits.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Average organizational skills. &lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Ability to work independently and as part of a team.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;div&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;u&gt;TRAINING&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;July 15-July 26    Monday - Friday 7am-3pm&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;u&gt;WORK SCHEDULE&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Monday-Friday  6:30am - 2:30pm &lt;br /&gt; or &lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm  &lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;u&gt;SALARY&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt; ** Signing Bonus $250 **&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Base Wage $14.50/hour&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Position Type= Full Time  &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;  &lt;/p&gt; &lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job.
