Black Mountain Neuro-Medical Treatment Center (BMNTC) is currently accepting applications for an Administrative Specialist I.
The primary responsibility of the Administrative Specialist position is to provide administrative and clerical support to the Director of Professional Services at BMNTC.
Responsibilities include the following:
  • provide administrative support to the Director of Professional Services of the Facility
  • provide customer service to staff, visitors, vendors in the Administration office through phone, written, and in-person communication
  • provide administrative assistance to the Therapeutic Services Team and other departments as needed
  • provide administrative assistance including database reporting and tracking, and coordination with BMNTC departments during events such as pandemic events and adverse weather events
  • use of hardware and software to gather, analyze, and organize data for reports, presentations, and other publications
  • assist and work on special projects being developed and implemented by Administration or
  • the facility

ABOUT BLACK MOUNTAIN NEURO-MEDICAL TREATMENT CENTER:
Black Mountain Neuro-Medical Treatment Center is one of three state operated facilities serving adults with chronic and complex medical conditions that co-exist with neurodevelopmental or neurocognitive disorders often related to a diagnosis of severe and persistent mental illness or intellectual disability. The health and physical status of these residents require 24-hour supervision, daily nursing care, and assistance with activities of daily living.
