The Middle School Language Arts Teacher's role involves guiding students in developing strong literacy skills, including reading comprehension, literature analysis, and writing proficiency. The teacher will create and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to a middle school audience, fostering an enriching educational experience. As part of a Christian educational institution, the role also includes integrating biblical principles into instruction, encouraging students' spiritual growth, and promoting a Christian worldview.
