Job Duties/Description:</strong> <br> <ul> <li>Handle approximately 20 calls per day; must be comfortable with being on the phone all day.</li> <li>Answer basic questions regarding blue tooth connectivity products.</li> <li>Connect consumers with authorized providers.</li> <li>Offer solutions, support, and assistance to consumer requests, inquiries, problems, and complaints in a professional manner.</li> <li>Maintain call logs and detailed reports in multiple systems.</li> <li>Handle consumer calls and emails to create a positive experience, fostering confidence in our brands.</li> <li>Enter notes for each consumer interaction into contact management software.</li> <li>Promote our products and services.</li> <li>Collect and relay potential trends, problems, and suggestions for improvement to Supervisor.</li> <li>Perform miscellaneous tasks/projects as directed by the Supervisor.</li></ul>Requirements:</strong> <br> <ul> <li>Minimum high school diploma or GED required.</li> <li>Must be tech-savvy.</li> <li>Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
