About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team at Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness in Shakopee, MN. As a Weekend Shift Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and welcoming gym environment.



Responsibilities:

• Greet and check-in members as they enter the gym
• Assist with new member sign-ups and tours of the facility
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gym floor and equipment
• Answer phone calls and provide information to potential and current members
• Assist with member inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
• Monitor gym access and ensure only members with valid access are allowed entry
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure safety and security of all members

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer and phone skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
