Customer Service Specialist

Our client near Bridgeview is seeking a Customer Sales Specialist to join the team on a full time basis. The Customer Sales Specialist will work on site, 5 days a week with business professional attire required. This position will not require you to make cold calls.<br><br>Customer Sales Specialist Duties<br><br>- Receive inbound calls and emails from potential customers to promote and sell our products<br><br>- Build and maintain relationships with customers through excellent communication and follow-up<br><br>- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions<br><br>- Processing quotes and sales orders<br><br>-Order tracking<br><br>- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process<br><br>Customer Sales Specialist Requirements```<br><br>- Fluent in English, both written and verbal<br><br>- Proven experience in sales, preferably in manufacturing sales or related field<br><br>- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills<br><br>- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment<br><br>- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed<br><br>- Bachelors degree preferred, but not required<br><br>-Must be able to work onsite 5 days per week and comfortable with a business professional dress code
