We are looking to add 1 Customer Service Advisor to our Quick Lane Department. We are looking for someone that likes to smile, thinks they are funny (other people thinking you are funny is a plus) and likes to be in a team environment. This is a fast paced environment and our job is to make our customers feel well informed and listened to. The top priority of this job is good customer service so being able to talk to customers face to face and over the phone is required.

We are looking for a people, person; we can teach you the car stuff!

As a Customer Service Advisor, You Will:
  • Greet customers when they drive up to the Quick Lane in a timely, friendly manner
  • Customer Communication: Let customers know wait times, communicate what the Technicians findings are during their inspection, provide estimates of labor and parts; contact customers for approval of services
  • Keep Quick Lane Manager, Quick Lane Lead Technician and Quick Lane Lead Advisor informed of all problems and potential problems involving repairs and equipment
  • Deliver vehicle to customer and go over vehicle report card and answer any questions

Full time Monday-Friday 8:15 am - 5:15 pm every 3rd Saturday 7:45 am - 3:15 pm. When you work Saturday, you will have the Monday before off during the week.

Base pay $16.50 - $18.50/hour paid every Friday direct deposited plus monthly customer service bonuses.
