Description: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative for a hybrid role based in Delevan, WI. In this role, you will support sales efforts by providing exceptional customer care and sales support. Your responsibilities will include offering solutions to drive sales growth, managing internal activities, and meeting external customers' expectations to ensure superior service. You will primarily work with Salesforce and SAP systems. Key Responsibilities: + Provide outstanding customer service and support to drive sales growth. + Manage and resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently. + Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations. + Utilize Salesforce and SAP for data management and customer interactions. + Maintain accurate records and perform data entry tasks. + Analyze customer feedback to improve service quality. Skills and Qualifications: + Proven experience in customer service or support roles. + Proficiency in Salesforce and SAP. + Strong technical support skills. + Excellent data entry and Excel skills. + Ability to work in a call center environment. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
