We are partnered with a client that is looking to add to their Customer Success Center. The Customer Service Representative will drive customer satisfaction and revenue by exemplifying a customer centric attitude, delivering superior service through every call, chat, and email interaction. <br> <br>This role reports to the Sales and Service Supervisor and collaborates closely with inside sales and technical sales support. The ideal candidate should exhibit a sense of ownership, urgency, be solution-oriented, collaborative, and accountable. <br> <br> <strong>Schedule</strong>: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm <br> <br> <strong>Work Type</strong>: Hybrid (2 days in office, 3 days remote) <br> <br> <strong>Salary</strong>: $20 - $22/hourly (DOE) <br> <br> <strong>Location:</strong> North Andover, MA<br> <br> <strong>Responsibilities:</strong> <br> <ul> <li>Create and Build positive relationships by identifying, addressing, and resolving customer needs </li> <li>Manage a large volume of calls, emails and chats </li> <li>Order processing and order management for same day turnaround</li> <li>Provide outstanding conflict resolution to create an excellent customer experience </li> <li>Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally to provide the best service to customers </li> <li>Meet daily goals </li></ul> <strong>Requirements:</strong> <br> <ul> <li>Strong work Ethic </li> <li>1-2 years minimum in fast paced customer facing role, providing B2B Customer Service</li> <li>High School Diploma </li> <li>B2B Customer Service Experience required </li> <li>Detail oriented & Strong Communication Skills (Written & Verbal) </li> <li>Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook</li></ul> <br>All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
