MSIG North America continues to grow! We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in working with the CHRO in managing and overseeing various aspects of human resources, with a focus on strategy, organizational change management, benefits administration, compensation analysis, and proficiency in Workday HRIS. The successful candidate will bring a comprehensive understanding of HR functions, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities: HR Leadership and Strategy: Participate in leadership meetings to align HR initiatives with organizational goals. Provide insights and recommendations on HR best practices and industry trends. Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Organizational Change Management: Collaborate with leadership to identify change impacts and develop action plans to address them. Facilitate communication and training initiatives to support organizational change. Compensation Analysis: Conduct regular market analysis to ensure our compensation packages remain competitive and aligned with industry standards. Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement effective compensation strategies. Provide guidance on salary adjustments and incentive programs. Manage LTI and NQDC plans. Staffing and Recruitment: In conjunction with SR HR Generalist, partner with assigned department heads to identify staffing needs and develop workforce plans. Implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and build a diverse workforce. Benefits Administration: In coordination with Sr. Benefits Administrator, oversee the administration of employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company-sponsored benefits. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to benefits administration. Stay abreast of industry trends and regulations to ensure our benefits offerings remain competitive and compliant. Conduct benefits orientation and provide ongoing support to employees regarding benefits inquiries. Employee Relations and Performance Management: Serve as a point of contact for assigned departments for employee relations issues and provide guidance to resolve conflicts. Assist in the development and implementation of performance management programs. Support managers in conducting performance appraisals and addressing performance issues. HR Analysis and Reporting: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Generate regular reports on HR metrics, including turnover, engagement, and other key performance indicators. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. Master’s degree or advanced HR training and designations preferred. Minimum of 7 years progressive human resources experience. Proven knowledge of all core HR processes including performance management, organization design, leadership development, talent management, compensation, succession planning, training and organizational development. In-depth knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Workday (HRMS) experience preferred.
