Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Assessments: Evaluate patients’ functional abilities and craft personalized treatment plans to boost their independence.
• Collaborative Care: Partner with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive and coordinated care.
• Training & Education: Empower patients and their caregivers with knowledge and skills to adapt to new activities and manage daily life.
• Documentation: Keep accurate clinical records and update primary physicians on any changes in patient conditions.
• Supervision: Guide Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and Home Health Aides to ensure the highest standards of care.

What You’ll Need:

• Degree: Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Certification: National registration with the American Occupational Therapy Association.
• Experience: At least 1 year of clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• Skills: Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Certification: Current CPR certification.
